We had the pleasure of dealing with Blaine May 13. I got his number from the campground we stay seasonal at. The service we received was second to none. Not only did he diagnose our problem but was able to give us a quick fix to get us going until then parts can arrive for the permanent fix. Prudden RV will definitely be our first and only call from now on. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

So very impressed with Prudden RV Ltd. The promptness of repairing our RV was incredible. Dealers don’t want to deal with you unless you bought the RV from them. Blaine’s service was so much appreciated. Excellent service and will recommend Prudden to everyone we know.

Blaine was coming around our seasonal campground on opening day to hand out business cards and happened to swing by while we were having our trailer filled with water. He was telling me about his services when the water tank started spewing water as the hose to the little opening that releases water when the tank is full had disconnected at some point.

Without hesitating, Blaine sprung into action and in an absolute flash had the hatch open, the panel off, reconnected the hose, replaced some of the screws as they’d rusted out, re-caulked the opening and wiped up all of the water that had leaked into our front hatch. He also showed me how to properly change over the plumbing valves to get the lines flushed without getting antifreeze in the hot water tank, which was incredibly helpful as I’d not done it on my own before.

Blaine was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and showed incredible integrity by refusing to take payment as, in his words, he had approached me and I hadn’t asked him to do the repair. Wow! We will use Prudden RV Repair for future repairs for sure!!

We called Blaine this morning and were pleasantly surprised that he was available on Easter weekend. He came over and, in a very short time, repaired the electrical problem with our 5th wheel. He also helped fix a problem we were having connecting the radio inside our unit. We definitely recommend Prudden RV Ltd. for your RV technical problems. Service, price and Blaine all worth 5 stars.

Very good experience with a recent water pump issue. He also noted things that I missed and I am pretty thorough. It’s also very nice to have a repair shop close to home. They do good work and are very knowledgeable. Recommended.

We contacted Blaine a few months ago in regards to torn seals on all 4 of our slides of our 5th wheel. He was very accomodating and once our parts shipped in from the US he made our trailer a priority to repair so we would not have to cancel any more bookings! Awesome to deal with and he even went the extra mile to explain why our seals tore and showed my husband how to watch for misaligned slides as they extend! Thank you so much for getting us back into the camping season!

Blaine and Breanne were very helpful with getting me an appointment set quickly. Blaine fixed our house trailer super fast and was very honest in his pricing as it was a quick fix! He even helped me with hooking and unhooking the trailer. I am so pleased with their service I am taking my horse trailer with living quarters there for servicing.

I took my trailer to Arkan RV Three separate time to have the same issue resolved which never happened. Took my trailer to Blaine and the issue was resolved in three days.
He took the time to explain everything in detail he was very knowledgeable and never tried pushing additional services on me.
Communication was very good and the work was done exactly how he said it would.

LIFE SAVER! We live full time in our RV and our furnace stopped working this week in -35 weather. Blair came out SAME day to take a look figured out the problem quickly. Be dealt with the warrant companies, got the part to fix it shipped to him AND CAME BACK THE DAY OF DELIVERY AT 9PM TO INSTALL IT!! He even looked at my water lines to make sure nothing was broken after some freezing! And he answered all my random questions about RV maintenance and upgrades without issue and was VERY informative! He was absolutely amazing! 100% recommend to anyone and everyone! We cannot say thank you enough! Absolutely great service! He will be our go to guy when we need anything done with our RV! Again THANK YOU SO MUCH!

After years of owning campers this place was the best in helping us keep up maintenance and even taught me new things about owning a camper that I never knew. I highly recommend Prudden RV in all RV, Camper, and Fifth Wheel needs. Pricing is very reasonable and affordable.

Quick & Efficient
Our furnace went out in the cold of December, He went through warranty which was a quick turn around. Within a week he had our part needed, installed and fixed. He also travelled to us which is approx. 45 minutes. I appreciate the customer care! Thank you for the heat, Prudden RV!!

Blaine at Prudden RV was 10/10! I was in a pickle with my slide out, and he was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule right before the long weekend SAME DAY- and fix the problem within an hour. He was Very fair with his rates, and provided a friendly and professional service! 10/10 recommend his services. Our fridge was not working and after calling a few RV repair businesses we were fortunate to find Prudden RV who visited us very quickly and repaired the issue. Blaine came out to do some work on our RV. He was very knowledgeable. We are RV newbies so having him answer our questions was awesome. We highly recommend his company.

Prudden RV completed a large water damage repair on our trailer slide. The workmanship and skill was excellent and we are very happy with the results. Prudden RV was very communicative and reliable on repair times and what to expect. I would recommend Prudden RV to anyone requiring RV maintenance or repair.

Blaine was able to quickly repair a major problem on our trailer. One of his suggestions was to flip our axles. Fixed the wheel well issues. New leaf springs. And flipped the axles to give added clearance. And now our little trailer looks BADASS! All at reasonable cost. Thanks Prudden RV.

Blaine was able to provide a quote based on pictures of an issue I had with my trailer. After he started the repair he discovered that the issue was not caused by what was initially thought, and that he would adjust the price accordingly.

Due to a miscommunication I picked up my trailer before all repairs were complete (it was a very small issue). Blaine was apologetic and was able to take care of it in town for me.

Overall, I found Blaine to be honest and provide a great service. I’ll be calling Prudden RV whenever I run in to an issue I can’t (or don’t feel like) fixing.
